Ingredients:
1 lb peeled, deveined, tail-off shrimp
⅓ container Jaffa Mango Salsa
3 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tsp dark chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Shrimp: Cut the shrimp lengthwise, then dice into small pieces.
Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, add the diced shrimp, Jaffa Mango Salsa, fresh squeezed lime juice, and dark chili powder. Mix evenly.
Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
