Ingredients:
½ cup Original Hummus
2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
1 avocado, sliced
1 soft-boiled egg (or poached)
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or dill)
Optional: chili flakes, lemon zest, or arugula
Instructions:
Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
Spread a generous layer of hummus on each slice.
Add avocado slices and top with the egg, halved or whole.
Sprinkle with herbs, optional chili flakes or lemon zest.
