Ingredients:
½ cup Original Hummus
1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp cumin or smoked paprika
6–8 romaine or butter lettuce leaves
Optional: diced red onion, shredded carrots, or hot sauce
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add chickpeas.
Season with cumin or paprika and sauté until golden and crispy (5–7 minutes).
Spread hummus inside each lettuce leaf.
Spoon crispy chickpeas into the center.
