Pico de Gallo Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of toasted sourdough or whole-grain bread

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • ½ cup Jaffa Salads Pico de Gallo

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: poached egg, chili flakes, or hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Mash avocado in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Spread mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread.

  3. Top each slice with a generous spoonful of Pico de Gallo.

  4. Add optional toppings like a poached egg or chili flakes.

  5. Serve immediately as breakfast, lunch, or a snack.
